Post-event athlete retention for live events

Turn every result into a reason to return.

PerformID turns the results file you already produce into athlete-owned profiles, earned event badges and operator reporting.

Keep the event stack. Give every finisher a useful record, a shareable moment and a reason to come back after the leaderboard closes.

Managed workflow proof

Results data turned into athlete follow-up and operator intelligence.

PerformID works from the results exports your event already produces, then generates claim pages, athlete workspaces, earned event badges and operator reports without replacing your registration or timing stack.

Built around CSV/XLSX provider-adapter contracts from existing event systems.
Outputs stay private until operator approval, delivery/export and public gates are cleared.

  • Pair the athlete case study with the athlete workspace and Passport routes.
Low-workload deployment

Keep your event process. Upgrade what the result becomes.

Your registration, timing and scoring workflow stays in place. PerformID starts once results are exported, then cleans, maps and turns the data into branded outputs for athletes, event operators and partners.

Approve outputs and trigger operator follow-up

Athletes receive approved outputs after review. Event teams receive engagement signals, benchmark views and reports for rebooking and partner proof.

Optional pre-event builder

Add the Perform Index before the event if you want earlier demand signals.

The core PerformID route starts after results land. The Perform Index gives operators an optional pre-event tool for athlete intent, category-selection support and earlier sharing before race day.

It sits alongside the post-event claim and athlete profile loop rather than replacing it.

Pre-event demand capture is optional. The core V1 proof is still the post-result athlete return route.

Proven inside managed functional fitness workflows.

ATHX gave PerformID managed workflow proof for turning messy result data into claim pages, verified profiles, Passport-linked outputs and operator reporting across real competition workflows.

Managed deployment proof

Helping ATHX turn messy competition exports into post-event engagement.

ATHX needed more than a static results table. PerformID took multiple competition CSV exports, validated the data and turned them into claim pages, verified profiles, rankings and reporting assets while athlete attention was still active.

Real event data rarely arrives clean. The value here was not just presentation, it was making the data publishable and commercially usable first. Missing fields, outlier values and clearly incorrect entries were surfaced before athlete-facing outputs and post-event reporting were approved.
Data in Multiple CSV exports

Athlete categories, event scores and incomplete fields requiring validation before release.

Validation Checks before publish

Missing data, unusual highs and lows, and clearly incorrect values were flagged before publication.

Outputs Engagement and reporting assets

Verified profiles, rankings, return engagement views and operator-ready reporting built from the cleaned result set.

Managed deployment across real functional fitness workflows, with repeatable data checks and gated output delivery. This is proof from real event operations, not a polished sample environment.

Before Manual checking required

Messy result files needed manual checking before they could become something athlete-facing.

After Cleaner branded outputs

ATHX athletes received cleaner verified profiles, rankings and performance outputs worth revisiting.

Operator gain Less reporting risk

Data issues surfaced earlier, reducing avoidable risk in post-event reporting and review cycles.

Partner proof Longer brand visibility

Branded athlete outputs and post-event reporting gave partners clearer evidence beyond the venue.

The result should work for everyone.

One verified result can improve the athlete experience, strengthen operator reporting and create clearer proof for future event planning.

For athletes

Proof worth keeping.

A claimed athlete profile, Passport patch and share link they can take into the next event.

For operators

More reasons to return.

A stronger post-event relationship, cleaner follow-up and a growing benchmark view across seasons.

For partners

Partner proof that supports the operator.

Branded digital outputs and reports that show reach, engagement and athlete participation after the event.

Athlete social sharing

Turn every finisher into a return-engagement channel.

When athletes receive a verified profile that looks good enough to post, your event keeps travelling after the venue closes. Each shared result carries the athlete story, event brand and partner visibility into the audience most likely to enter next.

Branded share assetsAthletes can post verified profiles, rankings and benchmark bands with your event identity attached.
Organic event discoveryEvery shared result creates a route back to the event, the athlete identity and future registration interest.
Partner visibility after event dayPartner placements can live inside share assets and reports instead of disappearing with the venue banners.
Measurable social proofEvent operators can review profile visits, share activity, event mentions and partner-facing reach signals.
Scoped event-day experience

Keep athletes, spectators and staff aligned when event-day views are approved.

Leaderboards, wave views and venue displays can help athletes track standings, staff manage flow and spectators follow the story when results processing and display gates are in scope.

Operator questions

Clear answers before you change anything.

PerformID is designed to sit on top of your existing event operation, not force a new timing, registration or athlete workflow.

Do I need to change my current registration or timing company?

No. PerformID acts as a seamless post-result overlay. Your existing registration platform, timing partner, scoring process and event-day crew can stay exactly as they are.

Which package should we start with?

Use the Event Package Estimator if you want a quick guide before speaking to us. It helps you compare Launch, Growth and Series options based on athlete volume, outputs, branding and data workflow.

Where does MyID fit?

MyID is the underlying identity system inside PerformID. Operators use PerformID to turn results into follow-up, reporting and repeat-event intelligence; athletes see verified profiles and shareable outputs powered by MyID.

What data do we need to provide?

Usually a results export containing athlete name or ID, category, division, event result, ranking and any relevant split or station data. PerformID maps the fields before outputs are generated.

Can outputs be branded for our event or partners?

Yes. Athlete-facing outputs, reports and selected digital assets can carry event branding, partner branding and campaign-specific messaging.

Can larger series remove PerformID branding?

Yes. For larger series and enterprise deployments, white-label and partner-branded output options can be scoped as part of the package.

Is PerformID only for functional fitness events?

No. Functional fitness is the current proof point, but the system is designed for any event where results, rankings, categories or benchmarks can become athlete-facing outputs.

How quickly do athletes get their athlete profiles after finishing?

Private outputs can be prepared within minutes or hours of data sync, depending on the event format, validation requirements, approval gates and whether the data is uploaded by CSV/XLSX or connected through a scoped API.

Is there a minimum event size required to use PerformID?

No hard minimum. PerformID is built to scale from local throwdowns and testing days through to larger mass-participation and multi-event series.
